At Innovative Cleaning Group we take the health and safety of our staff, and our customers, very seriously indeed. Our Occupational Health & Safety policy is integral to our business practices and is in place to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees and to those who may be affected by our contractual duties.

Health & Safety Policy

We ensure that all our employees are provided with information, training and supervision to raise their awareness and duty of care under the provisions of the Work Health & Safety Act 2011 NSW and its supportive regulations.

All equipment and working practices are maintained and reviewed regularly to support the companies safe working practices and to ensure minimal risk to the health, safety and welfare of the companies employees. In addition, regular health and safety audits are carried out to ensure that the correct procedures are being followed.

It is the policy of Innovative Cleaning Group to:

  • ensure safe handling and use of substances.
  • Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
  • Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
  • Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees.
  • Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.
